The Queen will send congratulatory messages for 100th and 105th birthdays, and then every year thereafter.
The Queen will send congratulatory messages for 60th (Diamond), 65th (Blue Sapphire) and 70th (Platinum) wedding anniversaries, and then every year thereafter.

It may be possible for other events of particular note and significance to be recognised by a message from The Queen.
