She is Chair of the Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce and has held multiple board and advisory roles where technology, transformation, and long-term value creation are central. Faye founded cofinitive, an award-winning innovation communications consultancy acquired in 2025, and created the #21toWatch Awards to spotlight emerging technology leaders. A recognised contributor to the Cambridge innovation cluster, she mentors founders, supports university entrepreneurship programmes, and co-hosts the Cambridge Tech Podcast.
